Refunds & Returns

 

Global Fashion Space Designers at Global Fashion Space are happy to offer you a refund or exchange or Credit note. Please follow the procedure listed below.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, then you must notify Global Fashion Space within 72 hours of receiving your item. Please email us at customerservice@globalfashion.space and we will issue you with a Returns Code.Your item must be returned to the Global Store Fashion designer that you purchased your item from (you will receive their shipping address with your return code)

  • We offer up to 14 days to return your item from when you receive your Returns Code.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. With all labels / tags still attached and no signs of wear. Swimming costumes & lingerie must be returned with the hygiene strip in place.

  • Once we have received your return and it has been inspected you will be notified by email that your return has been received.

  • Any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

  • Items being returned are the responsibility of the customer, until they are received by the Global Fashion Space Fashion Designer. We strongly advise customers to insure all returned items for the full amount of the value of goods.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, you will need to receive a refund or credit note and then place a new order.

  • You will be sent your new item as soon as the Global Fashion Space Fashion Designer has received your returned package and any additional payment which may be required.

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit back will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus postage,within 14 days.The cost of returning the item to the Global Fashion Designer is the customer’s responsibility.Please follow the above procedure for faulty item returns.

 

Non Refundable Items

 

  • Items requested to be returned after 14 days

  • Shoes with damaged boxes or marked sole’s

  • Items that have been specially Made to Order/ Made to measure/ Specially altered.

  • Items listed as Vintage

  • Sale Items

 

Sale Items

 

We are happy to offer exchanges on items for the same item in a different size or color depending on availability Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gift Returns

 

If you have received an item as a gift from a Global Fashion Space Fashion Designer, we will happily offer an exchange or issue you with a credit note (if you are not yet registered with Global Fashion Space you will need to do so first).

You can exchange an item for same value or more, please be aware that you may have to pay any additional charges that may result from the exchange ie (Taxes. Import Duties) Exchanged items will be dispatched once we have received your return and it has been inspected.

We cannot offer a refund for gifts to any other card than the one originally used for this transaction within 14 days of original receipt. Gift Returns/Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, any presented after that time cannot be redeemed against a purchase.

Please follow the procedure for RETURNS for returning gifts.

 

Credit Notes And Gift Vouchers

 

Credit notes and Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This includes those purchased as gifts, given as part of an exchange. or issued as store credit. Credit notes and Gift Vouchers presented outside the 1 year expiry date will not be redeemable against a purchase.

Please note credit notes and gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash or be applied to orders retrospectively.

 

Exchanges

 

We are happy to offer you an exchange, this is dependent on stock availability.

Any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by the Global Store Fashion Designer. We strongly advise customers to insure all returned items for the full amount of the value of goods.

Simply email us at customerservice@globalfashion.space and let us know what size you require and if that item is available. As soon as we have received your return we will send you your new sized item.
